EVERYDAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Whether dealing with a complaint from a neighbouring tenant or making sure the grass is cut, we are there so you can enjoy your well deserved time off.  We supply all tenants with a 24/7 phone number to deal with any problems.


RENT COLLECTION

Making life simple, we deposit on time rent collected after expenses direct into your account.  If the tenant is late or issues an NSF cheque, we submit the appropriate Residential Tenancies Act (2007) forms only if a resolution is not easily brought forth.

 

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Through a web based program, you can view the status financially of all your units, on an individual basis or as the whole building.  This of course is an option, and if you prefer paper statements, those can be supplied upon request.  All charges, income from units and work orders in progress can be viewed.

First and most necessary - FILLING VACANCIES
With a persuasive Ad Campaign, we fill vacancies quickly so you don't lose the monthly income.  We make it convenient for the prospective tenant to view the property and treat everyone in a professional, equitable manner.
 
SCREENING TENANTS
We are connected to credit bureaus and follow up on employment and personal references to properly screen for appropriate tenants.  Care is taken in selecting respectful, clean and considerate people to fill your units.


ON SITE INSPECTIONS
Regular visits to your property ensures peace of mind.  We will act promptly on your behalf should anything be out of order.


LEASE NEGOTIATIONS
We will endeavour to attain the best value for you, the owner, in the current rental market taking all factors into consideration.
